At Lighthouse, Portuguese isn’t something you memorize from a workbook — it’s something you live.

We teach through conversation, listening, and real-world interaction, not endless grammar drills, fill-in-the-blank exercises, or verb charts. From day one, you build confidence by actually speaking the language in meaningful, everyday situations.

Our method combines personal coaching, small-group practice, and immersive experiences across the city, turning Lisbon itself into your classroom. Because real fluency comes from connection, communication, and consistent exposure — not memorization.

We’re here to help newcomers, long-term residents, and visitors feel confident speaking Portuguese.
