Lighthouse Strategic Consulting was founded by our Managing Director Daniel Rarp with the realisation that critical needs for business owners and Boards were being unmet.

The lighthouse reference was chosen for its obvious link to guiding captains away from danger and towards safe passage.

We help support Boards and executives to navigate rough waters, providing advice and counsel to lead them to calm waters where the rate of progress can accelerate. We also help businesses looking for a competitive advantage.

Importantly, we have experience across many industries, as both advisors and operators. Our strong financial and commercial acumen has been honed in the world of finance and then applied and tested in industry.

We know the theory, but also the reality of how things work when you’re managing competing interests and finite resources. We also know that your consultancy spend is an investment that needs to yield an appropriate return.

We work with you, on terms or engagements that suit you, to provide solutions to the problems that keep you awake at night.

Our solutions include:
- Interim executive services (CEO/COO/GM)
- Growth strategy
- Financial improvement
- Transformation / turnaround
- Restructures
- Preparation for sale
- International expansion
- Succession planning
- Triage
- Sounding board
- Board appointments
