Robert Bowler

Robert Bowler is an experienced FX animator currently working at Lighthouse Studios on Rick & Morty season 8 since September 2024. Prior to this role, Robert Bowler served as a 2DFX Animator at Gigglebug Entertainment, contributing to a Nickelodeon TV series and other commercial projects, as well as working on a Batman universe special. Robert Bowler's earlier experience includes a position as a Junior Effects Artist at Cartoon Saloon, focusing on water effects and atmospheric spores for My Father's Dragon. Additionally, Robert Bowler participated as a 2D FX trainee in the Dublin Canvas project and worked as a bartender for ten years to finance education. Robert Bowler holds a Bachelor of Arts in Animation from Ballyfermot College and the University of Dundee, as well as Higher National Diplomas from the same institution.
