Jeff Van Fleet

Jeff Van Fleet has a diverse work experience in the software industry. Jeff is currently serving as the Co-Head Coach at The Coach & The Geek since September 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of President & CEO at Lighthouse Technologies, Inc. from December 2000. Jeff'sresponsibilities at Lighthouse involved software testing, quality assurance, and managing Oracle ERP projects. Before Lighthouse, Jeff worked at SAIC as a Sr. Systems Engineer/Program Manager from 1993 to 2000. Jeff also held the role of Sr. Software Engineer at TRW from 1991 to 1993 and worked as a Software Engineer at CTA from 1986 to 1991.

Jeff Van Fleet attended Penn State University from 1978 to 1983, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled in graduate studies at Wright State University from 1983 to 1987. During this time, Jeff focused on Computer Science as their field of study.
