David Bowen is currently serving as Associate Director and Spectra Technical Lead for EMEA at Lighthouse since November 2020. Previously, David held the position of Technical Project Manager at Meta for a brief period in 2021 and worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Berkshire Cloud before that. David has substantial experience as a Senior Developer at Forensic Risk Alliance and as a Manager in Forensic Technology & Discovery Services at EY, where responsibilities included pre-processing data for E-discovery and Data recovery utilizing tools such as EnCase, LAW, and Relativity. David earned a BSc in Computer Science from Cardiff University between 2007 and 2010.
