James Pak has cultivated extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as Processing Queue Manager at Lighthouse since May 2017. Prior to this role, James held the position of Operations Technician 3 at DTI LLC from May 2011 to May 2017 and worked as a Help Desk Analyst at the New Orleans Metropolitan Convention and Visitors Bureau from January 2010 to January 2012. Educationally, James earned a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Louisiana State University between 2000 and 2005 and also obtained an Associate of Arts in Korean from Yonsei University.
