Rich Griffith has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rich is currently working as a Client Success Director at Lighthouse since December 2021. Rich Griffith holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Economics from Dickinson College, which they obtained from 1995 to 1999. Rich further pursued their education at Regent University, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from the School of Business & Leadership, as well as a Doctor of Law (JD) degree in Law from the School of Law, both completed from 2003 to 2006. Rich Griffith has also obtained various certifications throughout their career, including being certified as an Attorney at Law by the Bar Association of the District of Columbia and the Virginia State Bar in 2018 and 2007, respectively. Rich is also a Certified Specialist in E-Discovery (CEDS) from the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) since 2015 and holds certifications in various legal technology platforms such as Brainspace, Lighthouse Spectra, and Reveal-Brainspace. Additionally, they have completed a leadership skills development course from LinkedIn in 2023.
