Rich Griffith

Rich Griffith has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rich is currently working as a Client Success Director at Lighthouse since December 2021. Prior to this, Rich held various roles at UnitedLex Corporation from 2013 to 2021, including Seconded Legal Consultant and Director, Strategic Accounts, Client Success Director, Litigation & Regulatory Services, and Senior Litigation Consultant, Global Litigation Services. Before joining UnitedLex Corporation, they worked at LeClairRyan as a Partner, Associate, and Staff Attorney from 2008 to 2013. Rich also served as a Staff Attorney / Contract Attorney at Wright, Robinson, Osthimer & Tatum, which was later acquired by LeClairRyan, from 2007 to 2008. Rich's earlier experiences include working as a Law Clerk at Thomas, Adams & Associates, a Legal Research Assistant at Regent University School of Law, a Sales Manager at Columbia Sussex Corporation, and a Membership Director at The Downtown Club of Richmond. Overall, Rich has demonstrated expertise in areas such as eDiscovery, litigation support, legal compliance, and law department support, with a specific focus on the life sciences industry.

Rich Griffith holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Economics from Dickinson College, which they obtained from 1995 to 1999. Rich further pursued their education at Regent University, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from the School of Business & Leadership, as well as a Doctor of Law (JD) degree in Law from the School of Law, both completed from 2003 to 2006. Rich Griffith has also obtained various certifications throughout their career, including being certified as an Attorney at Law by the Bar Association of the District of Columbia and the Virginia State Bar in 2018 and 2007, respectively. Rich is also a Certified Specialist in E-Discovery (CEDS) from the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) since 2015 and holds certifications in various legal technology platforms such as Brainspace, Lighthouse Spectra, and Reveal-Brainspace. Additionally, they have completed a leadership skills development course from LinkedIn in 2023.
