Sheila MacKay

Sheila Mackay has extensive work experience in the field of litigation support and eDiscovery. Sheila began their career in 2000 at CaseCentral as the Director of Professional Services & Product Manager. Sheila then moved on to Bowne Business Solutions as the Strategic Solutions Director, where they were responsible for the development of electronic data conversion and web hosting initiatives. From 2004 to 2006, they worked at Bingham McCutchen LLP as the National Director of Litigation Technology, overseeing technology service delivery. Sheila later joined Daegis as the VP of Professional Services, where they participated in overall company strategy and business development. In 2009, they founded their own consulting firm, Mackay Consulting, specializing in electronic discovery. Sheila then joined Xerox Litigation Services as the Vice President of eDiscovery Consulting before transitioning to Conduent Legal and Compliance Solutions as the Vice President of Business Development. Sheila co-owned the City Racquet Shop from 2011 to 2021 while holding various executive roles in the legal and technology industries. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Vice President, Client Development at Lighthouse in 2021.

Sheila Mackay earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Saint Anselm College from 1983 to 1987.
