Simon Tanzman

Simon Tanzman is an experienced professional in training and instructional design, currently serving as a Senior Technical Trainer at Lighthouse since April 2022. Prior to this role, Simon worked at Relativity from November 2013 to April 2022 as a Senior Instructional Design Specialist, contributing to the development of an e-discovery platform utilized by over 12,000 global organizations. Simon's earlier experience includes serving as a Corporate Trainer at Epic Systems from 2011 to 2013, where responsibilities included training on Electronic Medical Records, and as an English Teacher at the China International Education Institute from August 2009 to July 2011, focusing on lesson planning for young learners.
