Suzanne Snyder

Suzanne Snyder, PHR, SHRM-CP has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Suzanne is currently the Senior Director of People & Culture at Lighthouse, starting in November 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Global Director of Human Resources at Protective Industrial Products from 2018 to 2022. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as an HRBP Manager at Tempur Sealy International. Suzanne also held the position of Manager, HRBP at Time Warner Cable from 2010 to 2015. Suzanne'searlier experience includes various HR Generalist/Manager roles at Trustco Bank and Sealed Air from 1989 to 2010.

Suzanne Snyder, PHR, SHRM-CP holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management/BME from Empire State University. Suzanne also obtained a Master of Arts degree in Labor Policy Studies with a focus on Labor and Industrial Relations from the same university. Moreover, they have received additional certifications including the SHRM-CP from SHRM in July 2015 and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2005.
