Tim Kinney has extensive work experience in the field of eDiscovery and quality assurance. Tim currently holds the position of Director of eDiscovery Quality Assurance at Lighthouse since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Associate Director of Quality Assurance at Forensic Risk Alliance from November 2015 to March 2020, where they introduced and directed software quality assurance functions for a custom eDiscovery product. Tim also served as the Manager of eDiscovery Operations at Hewlett Packard Enterprise from January 2012 to November 2015, overseeing a multi-jurisdictional staff of 13 and providing 24x7 coverage for eDiscovery projects. At Ibis Consulting, they worked as a QA Engineer from November 2006 to June 2008 and as an eDiscovery Project Manager from January 2005 to November 2006. Earlier in their career, they held managerial and programming roles at ecookbooks.com and DXL Group respectively.
Tim Kinney completed their education at New England Institute of Technology from 1996 to 1998, earning an Associates degree in Computer Information Systems. In addition, they obtained certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS) as an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner and from Scrum Alliance as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). Both certifications were obtained in July 2021.
