Tim Strother is an experienced executive with a strong background in service delivery operations and continuous improvement. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Lighthouse since July 2017, Tim has successfully led initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Prior to this, Tim held the position of Senior Director of Process Innovation at Discovia and was instrumental in turning around a struggling division at Applied Computer Technologies (ACT) / Discoverready as the Director of E-Discovery Services. Tim's earlier experience includes managing multiple lab departments at ACT as the Hardcopy Datalab Manager and serving as the Production Lab Manager, where workflows were optimized to meet client needs. Tim's entrepreneurial spirit was also demonstrated as the Owner/Operator of Road Warrior, Inc. Tim holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management from the University of Phoenix.
