Mary Riegle

Mary Riegle currently serves as the Chief Philanthropy Officer at Lighthouse MI, having assumed the role in October 2023. Previously, Mary held the position of Policy and Development Director at Downtown Detroit Partnership from August 2016 to September 2023. Mary also worked as Development Director at Metro Matters, where leadership was provided in transitional financial development efforts. Earlier in her career, Mary was the Director of Special Events and Corporate Development at the American Diabetes Association, where collaboration was led to secure significant revenue through corporate and foundation requests. Mary Riegle earned a Master's degree in History from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor's degree in History and German from Michigan State University. Additionally, participation in Leadership Detroit and completion of education at Powers High School further enrich Mary’s background.
