Max Glick, MSW, currently serves as the Director of Program Development at Lighthouse MI, where significant achievements include research and program recommendations leading to the acquisition of three programs and the launch of an advocacy platform. Previously held positions include Director of HandUp, where Glick led a coalition of housing organizations and spearheaded a fundraising website that raised over $7 million to combat poverty. At the Jewish Federation of Greater Ann Arbor, Glick was the Associate Campaign Director, successfully managing a $1.3M fundraising campaign, and in the role of Director of Community Engagement, Glick enhanced social media engagement and established partnerships for large-scale events. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Western Michigan University, complemented by ongoing executive education at Harvard Business School.
