Bill Safran

Bill Safran serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Lightico since July 2023, leading a real-time digital engagement platform that enhances contact center operations through secure transactions and document sharing. Previously, Bill co-founded and served as CEO of Vizolution, a company known for its innovative screen sharing technology, from September 2008 until acquisition by Lightico in July 2023. Earlier in their career, Bill was CEO of Trigold from January 2001 to October 2007, where significant growth was achieved, transforming the company into a leading mortgage sourcing software provider in the UK market. Bill holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management and a BS in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School, as well as a completion of studies at Eton College.
