Michael Yoder

Michael Yoder began their work experience as a Welder at Hallmark Iron Works in 1983. In 1984, they transitioned to working as an Air Balancer at Comfort Control. In 1991, Yoder joined Lighting Maintenance Inc, initially serving as Vice President before being appointed as the Chief Executive Officer in October 2018. Throughout their career, Yoder has demonstrated expertise in operations management, negotiations, customer service, contractors, strategic planning, and design-build within the government construction and maintenance industry.
