Hao Wu

Hao Wu is a highly skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical and packaging engineering. Currently serving as a Staff Packaging Engineer at Lightmatter since August 2023, Hao previously held positions as a Senior Mechanical Engineer and Mechanical Assembly Engineer at Luminous Computing, where contributions included designing Integrated Heat Spreaders and Integrated Loading Mechanisms for silicon chips. Prior experience includes working as a Development Engineer at Micropoint Bioscience, where project work involved developing Point-of-Care Testing microfluidics diagnostics cartridges and designing internal mechanisms for diagnostics instruments. Hao's early career includes an engineering internship at UTC Aerospace Systems, focusing on aircraft evacuation slide modules, and participation in the Honeywell Leadership Academy. Hao holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University.
