Nicolas Monier

Nicolas Monier is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in analog design, currently serving as Director of Analog Engineering at Lightmatter since October 2022. Prior roles include Director, IC Design; Associate Director, IC Design; Senior Manager, IC Design; and Analog/Mixed Signal IC Design Manager at GenapSys from December 2017 to September 2022. Nicolas also held positions as Principal Analog Design Engineer at Silergy Corp, co-founder of Gazelle Semiconductor, and Principal Analog Design Engineer at Ensphere Solutions and Ikanos Communications. Notable contributions include the development of the Gazelle proprietary technology and a fast-switching point-of-load regulator. Nicolas began the career at Philips Semiconductors as an Analog Design Engineer after obtaining a Master of Science in Micro-Electronics from Institut supérieur d'électronique et du numérique in 1999.
