Cesar Werlich

Cesar Werlich has a diverse and extensive work history. Cesar is currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at Lightmeter since January 2022. Prior to this, Cesar held the position of Member at HYPCCCYCL from May 2023.

In 2019, they worked at Saper Vedere as a Venture Management professional. Cesar also gained valuable experience at Hive, where they served as Senior Operations Management from November 2021 to January 2022.

Their previous role at Surve Mobility was from February 2021 to November 2021 as an Operations Management specialist. Cesar was involved in founding PetDriver in January 2017, where they held the positions of Co-Founder, Chief Operating Officer (COO), and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) until July 2019.

Prior to this, Cesar had significant managerial experience at SaferTaxi, where they served as Managing Director, COO, and CFO from October 2014 to September 2016. Cesar also held the position of Operations Manager at SaferTaxi from March 2013 to September 2014.

Cesar Werlich co-founded Bumerang Marketing Digital in March 2013 and held multiple leadership roles including CEO, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Chief Technology Officer (CTO) until February 2016.

Cesar began their career at Siemens LTDA in August 2011 as a Senior Process Engineer and later joined WEG as a Manufacturing Process Engineer from August 2009 to July 2011. Previously, they also served as a Process Engineer at WEG from August 2007 to July 2009.

Cesar Werlich's education history begins in 2002 when they enrolled at the Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina. Cesar pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Production and Systems Engineering and completed their studies in 2006.

In 2008, Cesar joined the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina to pursue a Master of Science degree in Production Engineering. Cesar graduated from this program in 2010.

Continuing their education, in 2016 Cesar attended the IESE Business School to pursue an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) with a focus on General Management. Cesar completed this program in 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Cesar has obtained several certifications. In 2006, they completed the Lean Manufacturing Basics, VSM Module 1, and VSM Module 2 certification programs offered by the Kaizen Institute Consulting Group, Ltd.

In 2007, Cesar participated in the Leadership Trainee Program offered by WEG.

Moving to more recent certifications, Cesar obtained a certification in Professional and Self Coaching from the Instituto Brasileiro de Coaching - IBC in 2012. In the same year, they also gained the certification of Behavior Analyst from the same institution.

Cesar has also completed several online courses and certifications related to data science. In 2016, they completed the courses "Building a Data Science Team" and "A Crash Course in Data Science" offered by Coursera. More recently, in 2018, they obtained certifications in "Data Science in Real Life" and "Managing Data Analysis" from Coursera, as well as the "Executive Data Science Capstone" certification from The Johns Hopkins University.
