Mark F.

Mark F. is a skilled mechanical engineer and technology leader with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at Lightmill since July 2025, Mark has previously held significant roles at Neuralink as both Mechanical Engineering Lead and Mechanical Engineer from April 2021 to July 2025. Earlier roles include Mechanical Engineer at Enginuity Works from January 2018 to August 2019, and a brief position at Lightning Motorcycle in mid-2017. Mark began the professional journey as a Research Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology in late 2015 and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, completed in May 2020. Early education was completed at Gunn High School from 2013 to 2015.
