Andrius Ž. is General Manager/CEO of Lightnet Group’s Lithuanian entity Lightbit UAB, where they lead the MiCA licensing process and oversee strategic growth initiatives. They previously served as Compliance Manager/MLRO at GUAVAPAY (2023–2024), leading MiCA licensing preparation, managing the AML/CTF program, developing AML/CTF policies and controls, performing crypto transaction monitoring, and preparing CTR/STR/SAR reports to the relevant FIU.
