Nilesh Kumar

Nilesh Kumar's work experience begins in 2004 with a role as Territory Sales Manager at airtel. Nilesh then worked as an Assistant Manager Sales at Idea Cellular Ltd from 2006 to 2007. From 2007 to 2008, they served as an Assistant Manager - Sales and New Channel Roll out at Tata Communications LTD. Nilesh then joined Aircel as an Assistant Manager Sales from 2008 to 2010. Nilesh then joined Western Union as a Senior Specialist - Business Development from 2010 to 2012. Afterwards, they worked at Idea Cellular Ltd as an ASM from 2012 to 2014. Nilesh then returned to Western Union and held various roles, including Manager Business Development and Senior Manager - Business Development - Singapore, Hong Kong, and Macau, from 2014 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Director - Global Commercial at Lightnet Group starting from 2023.

- In 1990-1996, they attended Delhi Public School in India for their high school education, focusing on PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics).

- From 1997 to 2001, Nilesh pursued their Engineer's Degree in Electronics and Communication at Nagpur University.

- Continuing their education, they obtained a Master's Degree in Marketing & Operations from Amity University between 2002 and 2004.

- In 2017, Nilesh attended The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, completing the Accelerated Development Program and specializing in General Management/Leadership.

- Additionally, they obtained a certification in FinTech from HarvardX, an online learning initiative by Harvard University through edX, in October 2020.
