William Falcon

William Falcon is the founder and CEO of Lightning AI. William was previously a machine learning engineer at Glossier, Inc. from November 2018 to March 2020. Prior to that, they were a software engineer at Microsoft from September 2015 to November 2018, working on the Language Modeling team and driving speech technologies for Cortana, Microsoft's personal speech assistant. William was also a software developer intern at Microsoft in the Conversational Understanding group in June 2014 and a quality assurance engineer at SanDisk in December 2009.

William Falcon earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
