Amy O'Neil

Amy O'Neil currently serves as a Sales Support and Customer Care Specialist for LightningCath since September 2023. Amy has been the Owner and Creative Director of AOK Crochet since January 2020, developing a passion for crochet crafts that led to an Etsy store and participation in local art fairs. Prior to Amy's current role, extensive experience was gained at TE Connectivity from June 2008 to September 2023, where multiple positions were held, including Customer Experience Account Specialist, Team Lead, and Customer Care Manager for Minnesota sites. Additionally, Amy worked at Optinova, an entity acquired by TE Connectivity, from July 2016 to October 2019, and held the position of Inside Sales and Customer Service Specialist, as well as Office Manager. Earlier professional experience includes serving as an Account Manager at ODU-USA from 2003 to 2008.
