Matthew Osten

Matthew Osten has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Matthew began their career as a Medical Scribe at Emergency Physicians, PA in 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Technical Aide at 3M, as well as a Product Development Engineer at both Vention Medical, Inc. and Fast Forward Medical. From 2014 to 2019, they were a Lead Engineer/Manager at Optinova. Matthew then moved on to become Manager, R&D/Product DVL at TE Connectivity from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they are a Co-Founder at LightningCath.

Matthew Osten received their Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Minnesota in 2013. Matthew then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas, which they completed in 2019.
