Natalie Young

Natalie Young, PhD, is the Head of Biology at LightOx, where they continue to lead research initiatives. With over seven years of experience in biomolecular science across academic and industrial settings, they have utilized in-vitro and in-vivo models of disease, protein manipulation, and analysis. Natalie has authored three first-author publications and co-authored several others, showcasing their established research profile. Their prior positions include roles at Covance, Intogral Limited, and Durham University, where they focused on early cancer diagnosis and related research. They hold a PhD in Cancer Pharmacology and Epigenetics from Durham University and a Master of Research from Newcastle University.
