Craig Dunham is the current director at LightPath Technologies. Prior to their current position, Craig was the CEO of Applied Pulsed Power, Inc. from June 2011 until March 2015. Craig was responsible for transitioning the company from a research focus to a commercial products company. Craig also significantly expanded industrial and medical product revenues while implementing process improvements to support that transition. In March 2015, they found a strategic buyer to purchase the business and completed the sale.
From October 2004 to May 2011, Craig was the President, CEO, and Director of Dynasil Corporation of America. Craig transformed Dynasil into a high growth technology company through strategy development, organic growth, process improvement, and acquisitions which resulted in 63% CAGR revenue growth from $2 million in FY 2004 to $43 million in FY 2010. Additionally, net income grew from a loss in FY 2004 to $2.5 million in FY 2010 during their time as CEO. As a result of their work, Dynasil’s stock price went from $0.07 per share at October 2004 (hire date) to $5.20 per share as of December 2010 (when announced retirement) and achieved listing on the NASDAQ Global Markets on December 17, 2010.
Craig Dunham started their educational career by studying mechanical engineering at Cornell University and earning their Bachelor of Science. Craig then went on to study finance and general business at Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management, where they earned their Master of Business Administration.
