Charissa Pilster currently serves as the OSP Construction PMO Manager at Lightpath, where the focus is on enhancing project management for large-scale telecom initiatives through innovative processes and high-performing teams. Previously, Charissa held the position of Chief of Staff at GAC Enterprises, LLC, overseeing operations that supported significant growth within the company. At Zayo Group, Charissa managed a team delivering service projects, achieving substantial savings and leading high-value initiatives for major clients. As the founder of Ms Networker, Charissa created a professional community for women, while earlier roles included executive operations at Liberty Communications and founding Pilster Photography, which gained recognition for unique visual storytelling. Charissa's career in photojournalism includes notable positions at the Daytona Beach News-Journal and Hays Daily News, complemented by a degree in Photojournalism from San Jose State University.
