Eric Shivak

Eric Shivak has extensive experience in technical support and desktop systems management, currently serving as the Director of Desktop Systems at Lightpath since June 2021, after previously holding the role of Manager in the same department. Prior to this, Eric worked at Altice USA as a Senior Analyst from November 2014 to November 2021, and owned SDD Computer Support Services from January 2002 to November 2021. Additional roles include Help Desk Manager at Santinelli International and Vice President of Client Services at Trinarc. Early career experience includes a position as a Senior Technical Support Specialist at John Wiley and Sons and as a Remote Membership Supervisor at America Online. Eric’s education includes attendance at Stony Brook University and Purchase College, SUNY, following completion of high school at Ward Melville High School.
