Matthew Maloney

Matthew Maloney currently serves as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Tampa since August 2025 and is concurrently interning as a Staff Accountant at Lightpath from June 2025. Prior experience includes a role as a Summer Camp Counselor at Ocean Beach Youth Group in July 2023, where responsibilities involved boating activities with children, as well as a previous position as a Camp Counselor driving campers around Long Island’s Great South Bay. Matthew has an extensive background in the hospitality industry, having worked as a Room Service Waiter at Silver Lining Restaurant Group from February 2019 to June 2025. Academically, Matthew is pursuing a Master's in Finance at the University of Tampa, following a Bachelor of Business Administration in Financial Mathematics and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Financial Investments & Markets from Western Connecticut State University, where participation in the Kathwari Honors Program occurred from 2022 to 2025.
