Michael Epps

Michael Epps is currently engaged in Network Operations and Logistics at Lightpath since August 2023. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at Zayo Group, including Vice President of Network Operations and Director of the Network Control Center from December 2015 to November 2025. Michael also served as Manager of Customer Operations & Change Management at Zayo Group from 2010 to 2015. Previous experience includes a position as Manager of Service Delivery at Level 3 from October 2004 to March 2010 and managerial roles at WilTel Communications and west between 2002 and 2008. Michael began a career in telecommunications as a System Test Engineer at General Bandwidth and later managed DSL Provisioning at ICG Communications. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree from Oklahoma State University, completed between 1991 and 1995.
