Robert Pacileo Jr. is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various corporate and legal roles. Currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Lightpath since June 2025, Robert previously held the position of General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Energera Inc from April 2018 to June 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing legal matters related to commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. Prior to this, Robert worked as a REALTOR®/Broker Associate at Keller Williams Greater Downtown Realty and HomeSmart Realty, focusing on client services in the real estate market.
