Thomas Sprigle has extensive experience in fiber construction and network planning, currently serving as OSP Construction Manager at Lightpath since March 2025. Previously, Thomas held various roles including District Manager at Crown Castle from November 2020 to March 2025, OSP Project Manager at Zayo Group, and Engineering & Construction Manager at Lightower Fiber Networks. Thomas began a career in project management with Verizon Business and served as Sr. Project Manager at AboveNet. Prior military service includes a position as SP4 in the US Army from February 1986 to February 1989. Thomas completed education at William Penn Senior High School from 1982 to 1985.
