Aaron Kalman

Aaron Kalman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Chief of Staff at Lightricks since June 2021, Aaron previously held senior advisory positions with the Israel Ministry of Tourism and the Ministry of Strategic Affairs. Prior roles include Program Officer at The Ruderman Family Foundation and Foreign Affairs Advisor at the Israeli Ministry of Education. Aaron's background also encompasses foreign media relations with NGO Monitor and educational roles with The Jewish Agency for Israel. In addition to practical experience in journalism with The Times of Israel, Aaron has contributed to education as a debate coach and tech support for bike tours in Jerusalem. An M.A. in Diplomacy from Tel Aviv University complements a B.Ed. and teaching diploma in Jewish Studies and Biblical Literature from Herzog Teachers College.
