Alon Roth

Alon Roth is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager for Core AI at HoneyBook since February 2025, Alon leads a cross-functional team focused on innovative AI-driven initiatives. As an Engineering Manager at Lightricks since July 2022, Alon onboarded a new site, significantly reduced feature delivery time, and initiated Lightricks Brands GenAI product strategy, resulting in a notable increase in conversion rates. Alon's entrepreneurial experience as Co-founder and CEO of Codicate included managing employee growth and leading the company to a successful acquisition by Lightricks. Additional roles as Technology Advisor and fractional CTO for various startups highlight Alon's versatility in technology leadership. Alon holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
