Dan Saban is an experienced Data Platform Engineer at Lightricks since June 2019, previously serving as a Software Developer at Mars Media Group, focusing on backend applications and real-time bidding technology. Prior to that, Dan held various roles including Technical Leadership and Software Developer at Snapkeys Ltd., where significant improvements in product development speed and task management were achieved. Dan has a diverse background in software development across multiple companies, including Alplas Plastics Ltd., Nomad Access Ltd., N:Crypt Systems Ltd., and Dixon Electronics Ltd., with expertise in languages such as Scala, Java, PHP, C#, and C++. Dan holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Cape Town.
