Noran Ishtay

Noran Ishtay is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and research, currently serving as a Hiring Partner at Lightricks since January 2022. Previously, Noran worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where the role was a maternity leave replacement. Noran has also garnered experience as a Research Analyst for the Ministry of Health Israel and worked in various positions, including a Call Center Agent at Terem and a Medical Office Receptionist at Shaare Zedek Medical Center. Academically, Noran holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and completed a UX Designer course at Bex Academy.
