Sarel Duanis

Sarel Duanis is an experienced Machine Learning Researcher at Lightricks since December 2018, specializing in developing innovative Machine Learning and AI algorithms with a focus on natural language processing and computer vision. In addition to this role, Sarel served as Chief Of Democracy at Democratech Israel from February 2023 to November 2023. Prior experience includes studying as an Engineering Student at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from October 2014 to December 2018, working as a Software Automation Developer at NSO Group for a brief period in 2014, and serving as a Security Researcher in the IDF from 2008 to 2013. Sarel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, attained in 2018.
