Shani Breslauer is the Director and Head of Strategic Finance at Lightricks, a position they have held since 2026. Previously, they served as the Director of Strategic Finance at Pagaya from 2021 to 2026, where they focused on data-intensive financial analysis and modeling. Shani also worked as an Investment Analyst at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development from 2018 to 2020 and led an economic team at the Israel Competition Authority from 2013 to 2018. Before these roles, they enjoyed a unique career as a tour guide in East Africa from 2010 to 2018, sharing their passion for local history and nature. They hold a Master's degree in Financial Economics from Reichman University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
