Suzanne Dibianca

Suzanne DiBianca is a seasoned professional in sustainability and corporate philanthropy, currently serving as a Senior Business Advisor at Lightrock and a member of the Board of Trustees for The Patrick J. McGovern Foundation. With over two decades of experience at Salesforce, Suzanne holds the position of EVP ESG/Sustainability and Chief Impact Officer, where responsibilities include leading the company's stakeholder capitalism strategy and overseeing ESG reporting. As the co-founder of the Salesforce Foundation, Suzanne pioneered the 1-1-1 model of integrated corporate philanthropy. Additional roles include serving on the Board of Directors for South Pole and previously holding a Principal position at CSC Consulting, where Suzanne managed significant enterprise projects. Suzanne's career commenced as the Program and Marketing Director for Partners for Democratic Change, following a BA in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder.
