Eliran Shani has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Eliran started their career at Omrix Biopharmaceuticals as an Implementation Engineer, where they implemented new security standards and provided support in a web-based multi-tiered environment. Following that, they worked at Shenkar as a Marketing Manager. Eliran then joined Kaltura as a QA Automation Engineer, responsible for planning, designing, and executing tests for the company's core products. Eliran also served as an Account Specialist, where they were the main focal point for the education sector, understanding their needs and providing solutions. During their time at Kaltura, they also worked as a Technical Support Engineer, resolving customer issues and creating user manuals and webinars.

After Kaltura, Eliran joined AppCoin as an Automation Engineer, leading the automation department and providing feedback to enhance the product's usability. Eliran then worked at BlazeMeter (acquired by CA Technologies) and CA Technologies as a Senior Automation Engineer, creating and maintaining an automated test infrastructure in a continuous integration environment.

Eliran's next roles were at Broadcom Software, where they worked as a Sr. Automation Engineer, Scrum Master, and Evangelist. Eliran facilitated the team's progress, enforced agile methodologies, and conducted webinars on headless testing using Selenium and Docker.

Eliran then joined Skyline AI as an Automation Tech Lead, leading the automation effort and providing technical assistance to the sales team. After that, they worked at HiredScore as an Automation Lead and later as a Professional Services - Development Team Leader. Eliran delivered and implemented numerous projects, built a development team from scratch, and converted manual processes into automated ones.

Currently, Eliran is working at Lightrun as a Technical Account Manager, where they are responsible for managing technical aspects and providing support to clients.

Eliran Shani pursued their education in a chronological manner. In 2000, they attended Amit Amal, Mekif Gimel and obtained their Matriculation certificate with a focus on Electronics, which they completed in 2003. Moving forward, from 2008 to 2012, Eliran enrolled at Shenkar - Engineering. Design. Art. and completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Software Engineering. In 2013, they attended Lahav Executive Education and received a Diploma in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. Lastly, in 2015, Eliran joined The College of Management Academic Studies and graduated with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Business Administration and Management, General in 2016.
