Maor Y. is currently the R&D Team Lead at Lightrun, specializing in innovative software development and team collaboration. Previously, Maor served as an R&D Scrum Master and Software Engineer at Quotient Technology Inc., where they facilitated scrum ceremonies and led system design initiatives. During their earlier experience in the Israel Defense Forces, Maor developed a web application and maintained legacy systems as a Full Stack Developer. Maor holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The College of Management Academic Studies.
