Nataly Shay

Nataly Shay has been working in the field of Talent Acquisition since 2021, when they began their role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Lightrun. Nataly was promoted to Talent Acquisition Coordinator and later to Office Manager at the same company. Prior to this, they worked as a Finance Administration Coordinator at AppsFlyer from 2019.

Nataly Shay attended Tel Aviv University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Anthropology & Film, followed by a Master's degree in Sustainable Development.
