Nitai Itzhacky

Nitai Itzhacky is an experienced AI Engineer at Lightrun since June 2025, with a strong background in machine learning and data engineering. Prior to this role, Nitai served as an ML Engineering Team Lead at Playtika from May 2020 to July 2025, where oversight of a team focused on building scalable inference and training pipelines was a key responsibility. Nitai also held positions as a Machine Learning Engineer, creating production-ready ML pipelines, and as a Data Engineer, developing Big Data ETLs. Earlier experience includes a Graduate Research Fellow role at Tel Aviv University, conducting deep learning research in bioinformatics, and a data engineering position in the Israeli Defense Forces, emphasizing machine learning and data analysis. Educational qualifications consist of a Master's degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, both from Tel Aviv University.
