Rina Serlin is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the VP of HR at Lightrun since December 2025, Rina previously held the position of VP People at Duality Technologies from October 2021 to December 2025. Prior roles include Senior HRBP at HP, HRBP at Nova Ltd., and HR Manager at Komoona, with earlier experience as a Training & Organization Development Business Partner at Maccabi Health Care Services and as a Recruitment Consultant at Ethosia.
