Kurt Koberna

Kurt Koberna has over 30 years of work experience in customer service and credit management. Kurt began their career in 1991 as a Training Store Manager at Trans World Entertainment, where they were responsible for 12 stores in Ohio and Pennsylvania. In 2003, they became a Store Manager at Gap Inc., where they managed 80+ full-time and part-time employees. In 2004, they moved to Sterling Jewelers as a Credit Authorizations Manager, where they were responsible for auditing and training to ensure consistent profitable lending decisions were made. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Illumetek, a division of Lightserve, as a Service Coordinator. Most recently, they have been working as a Customer Account Coordinator at Lightserve Corp.

Kurt Koberna attended The University of Akron from 1990 to 1995, where they studied Business/Corporate Communications.
