Sherrie Rivett

Client Account Coordinator at Lightserve

Sherrie Rivett has been in the customer service industry for over 18 years. Sherrie began their career in 2002 as a Receptionist at Medina World Cars. In 2003, they joined Safeguard Properties as an Operations Supervisor and moved up to Customer Service Supervisor and then Customer Service Manager before leaving in 2017. In 2017, they were hired as a Service Coordinator at Illumetek Corp. and then in 2021, Illumetek was acquired by Lightserve Corporation, where they currently hold the role of Client Account Coordinator. In their current role, they manage high volume emails and calls daily, coordinates and executes work orders within client guidelines, and communicates with vendors, clients, and contractors to deliver customer-centric solutions.

Sherrie Rivett has an education history that includes an Associate of Applied Business Management from Cuyahoga Community College, obtained between 2000 and 2003. In 2005 and 2006, they completed Dale Carnegie Training in Effective Communication Skills and Leadership. In 2008, they obtained a Certificate in Applied Communications from Baldwin Wallace University, with a focus in Business/Corporate Communications. Sherrie also holds additional certifications, including a Certificate in Applied Communications from Baldwin Wallace University, and a Registered Yoga Teacher from Yoga Alliance.
