LightShed Ventures is an early stage venture fund focused on private companies in the Technology, Media, Telecom and Consumer sectors. It was founded by the Principals of the leading TMT equity research firm, LightShed Partners (www.lightshedtmt.com). We invest in opportunities created by technological disruption.

The LightShed platform is a unique flywheel comprised of 3 units (Research, Media, Ventures) that all compliment and feed into one another.

•	Research - Our industry leading research has led to a vast Rolodex of C-suite and operating execs from industry behemoths to early stage start-ups. We leverage this network to unlock access at the highest level for our startups so they can achieve their business objectives.
•	Media - Our research, press visibility, social media reach and podcasts creates a powerful megaphone to shine a light on companies to industry executives, press and potential investors
•	Ventures – We provide capital to support our founders through multiple financing rounds. Our understanding of the TMT and consumer sectors make us an informed partner for entrepreneurs to help them navigate the landscape going forward.
