Ryan Miamis

Ryan Miamis is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Lightshift Energy since May 2023, Ryan previously held various leadership roles at Enel North America, including Head of Finance and Director of Project Finance, where responsibilities encompassed project and corporate finance, treasury, and asset management across the US and Canada. Ryan played a significant role in financing over $2 billion in renewable energy projects and led key tax equity facilities and joint ventures for solar and battery storage initiatives. Earlier in Ryan's career, positions at Enel X, Enel Green Power, and Sustainable Energy Advantage focused on market analysis, project financing, and policy analysis, building a strong foundation in financial modeling and energy market dynamics. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics-Finance from Bentley University and a Master of Arts in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University.
