Yara Eid

Yara Eid is a project finance professional with over 10 years of experience in project finance and private equity, focusing on clean energy, infrastructure, and growth-stage platforms. Yara specializes in structuring and executing complex financings and has a strong background in underwriting, financial modeling, and portfolio strategy. They previously held roles as a Business Analyst at Logic Management Consulting and an Investment Officer at MC Egypt. Yara earned a Master's degree in International Economics and Finance from The Johns Hopkins University - Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies and a BA in Economics from The American University in Cairo. Currently, Yara serves as the Head of Valuation for the Capital Markets Team at Lightshift Energy.
